On Sunday Andy ran the PF Changs Rock and Roll 1/2 Marathon. This is a picture of Andy with his coworkers that ran too. Andy enjoyed the race and did a great job. The company that times the race gives runners their times for every three mile segment. Andy ran faster each three mile segment then the last. His last three miles he ran a little more then 8 minute miles. He set a personal record for his 1/2 marathon time with a finishing time of 1:52:56. I am so proud of Andy and all of his hard work.
