The school year has started for Avery and Miren. Avery is in 3rd grade. 3rd grade has more independence, more homework, and some big learning firsts like multiplication, division, and cursive. It is going to be a big year for Avery.

Miren is in kindergarten. She is in school 5 full days a week. She loves it, but she wants to be a part of what is happening at home during the day too. She asked me this morning, How many days she has to be in kindergarten? Hmmm...
