Our wood floor has been in great need of repair and refinishing so we bit the bullet and decided to pay a company to do just that. They spent three days sanding, staining, and finishing our living room and dining room.

Our wood stairs were in need of work too and unfortunately we are still in that process. Between issues with the company we hired and issues with how the stairs were originally constructed it is taking longer then we expected and more of a headache. Hopefully this week...
