The middle of October was Spirit Week at school leading up to the Homecoming Game. They had a dress alike day and Miren dressed like her friends Camille and Cayla.
Though they didn't dress alike Kyra had to pose with her friend, Hannah, who is Camille's sister.
Avery and Kaley had fun dressing alike too.
Avery and Miren both joined Junior Cross Country this fall. I thought for sure they were going to be mad at me for signing them up when it was 95 degrees out at the first practice, but they have really enjoyed it.
Their second race was a race that they did as part of a high school cross country meet. They got to be chip timed and race against the other K-5th grade members of the Junior Cross Country Team. They ran a mile.
Avery came in 1st of the girls.
Miren came in 2nd of the girls.
The girls also got a chance to do a cheer clinic and then show their stuff before the Homecoming football game. Sorry about the poor pictures.
